Statement of compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' Section 1A and the Companies Act 2006.

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared using the historical cost convention and are presented in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.

Going concern

The company made a loss for the year ended 31 December 2024 but had net assets amounting to £52,906 at that date.

The nature of the company's business is straightforward with few fixed overheads. The directors are able to exercise control over the company's expenditure when required and looking to slim down future operations to cut costs.

The directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. If the going concern basis were not appropriate, no additional liabilities would arise and no write down on the carrying value of assets would be required.

Revenue from catalogue sales is recognised when the item is despatched. Revenue from licensing is recognised when the licence is granted.

Tax

The tax expense for the period comprises current tax. Tax is recognised in profit or loss, except that a charge attributable to an item of income or expense recognised as other comprehensive income is also recognised directly in other comprehensive income.
