BASIS OF PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Rock City Limited is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in the United Kingdom. The address of the registered office is given in the company information page of these financial statements. The company's registration number is 03748209. The company's place of business is located at The Wallis Building, Plumptre Place, Nottingham, NG1 1LW.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis under the historical cost convention modified to include items at fair value. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A small entities, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
