The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the beginning of the year, the aggregate directors' loan account showed a debit balance of £25,993. During the year ended 31 December 2024, the company provided aggregate interest-free advances to its directors amounting to £85,258. These advances were repayable on demand. Aggregate repayments of £76,552 were received from the directors during the year. At the year-end, the aggregate closing balance on the directors' loan account was a debit of £34,699 (2024: debit £25,993), which is included within debtors.
