Interest was chargeable on the loan at 2.25%.

Included within creditors is a bounce back loan liability totalling £7,876 (2023: £8,914). The loan has a fixed 120 month term with a 12 month capital repayment holiday applied at the start of the loan. The interest rate is 2.5% and the loan is unsecured. £1,447 of the loan is payable within 12 months and the balance of £6,429 due after 12 months.

During the period the company secured a repayment holiday, resulting in an extended term.

At 31 July 2024 the company was committed to making payments under non-cancellable operating leases totalling £2,873 (2023:£nil)

For the year ended 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The director of the company has elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
