The company is exempt under Section 399(2A) of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirements to prepare consolidated financial statements. |

| The company has granted charges over the investments in its subsidiary companies in respect of the monies that each of the subsidiary companies has borrowed. At 31 December 2024, the total amount of the borrowings by the subsidiary companies was £575,845 (2023: £1,601,796). The subsidiary companies borrowings are also secured on the properties that they own, which at 31 December 2024 were included in the respective accounts for £1,463,447 (2023: £5,226,595). |
