The directors are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 to give a true and fair view of the state of the company's affairs at the period end and of the profit or loss of the company for the period. During the reporting period, the company ceased trading on 31 Aug 2025. The directors are therefore responsible for ensuring that all relevant statutory filings have been completed and that the company is in the process of being formally dissolved or is undergoing liquidation. The directors confirm that they have taken all necessary steps to ensure all statutory obligations were met, including the filing of the final accounts and confirmation statements with Companies House. They have also ensured that all company bank accounts, credit facilities, and finance agreements have been properly closed or settled.
