| During the year, the company made loan advances to a director. At the balance sheet date the total amount owed was £41,800 (2023: £nil), comprising a loan of £40,000 made in March and April 2024 and accrued interest of £1,800. The loan carries interest at 6% per annum, and has a contractual maturity of 6 years (repayable earlier at the borrower’s option). |

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
