At 31 December 2024 a loan to one of the directors of £5,000 was outstanding. This loan was repaid in August 2025. The loan was unsecured and bore interest at 5% per annum.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
