1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 2 (2023: 2).

POLICY FOCUS LIMITED (14198072) is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is 66, St James's Street, St James's, London, SW1A 1NE, United Kingdom.

For the period ending 27 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 27 June 2024 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
