During the period, the company made net loans of £8,025 to Mitchellake Group Singapore Pte Ltd, an overseas company under common control. The loan is interest free. During the period, the company received net loans of £64,633 from Mitchellake Holdings Pty Ltd, a shareholder of the company. The loan is interest free.
