Creditors: Amounts falling due after more than one year
Included within creditors is a loan from Alternative Bridging Corporation Limited. This is secured by a floating charge over the property 29 Cheyne Street Edinburgh, EH4 1JD, with a director acting as guarantor for this agreement. The agreements repayment terms are refinancing onto long term mortgage and is shown as due after more than one year. The agreement attracts interest at 1.05% per month on balance outstanding.
For the period ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
