The directors present their report and the unaudited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The principal business activity was the design and supply of footwear on a made to order basis. On 1 January 2012 the company's parent company, Baxco1109 Ltd, was sold to William Lamb (Holdings) Limited.
During the course of 2013, trading activities were transferred to William Lamb Group Limited, formerly William Lamb Footwear Limited, a subsidiary of William Lamb (Holdings) Limited.
The company no longer trades.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

Basis of preparation of financial statements
|
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The Company is dormant as defined by section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006. The Company received no income and incurred no expenditure during the current and prior year and therefore no income statement is presented within these financial statements. There have been no movements in shareholders funds during the current and prior year.

Judgements in applying accounting policies and key sources of estimation uncertainty
|
The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts reported. These estimates and judgements are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other factors, including expectations of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances.
There are no key sources of estimation uncertainty in applying accounting policies in the financial statements.

The Company is a subsidiary undertaking of Baxco1109 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
The ultimate parent company is William Lamb (Holdings) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales in which the results of the Company are consolidated.
The consolidated financial statements of William Lamb (Holdings) Limited are available to the public, and may be obtained from Registrar of Companies, Companies House, Crown Way, Maindy, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.
