For the year ended 31 December 2024 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A.

The Company has opted not to file the profit and loss account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Concorde Sixth (Ulster Terrace No. 2) Limited is a private company limited by shares and was incorporated in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 4th Floor Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The financial statements are presented in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.

4.	Related party transactions
	The company has taken the exemption available in FRS 102 S1A whereby it has not disclosed transactions with wholly owned subsidiary undertakings of the group.

5.	Controlling party

The immediate parent entity is Concorde Sixth (Ulster Terrace No 1) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 4th Floor Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP.
The ultimate parent entity and the smallest and largest group to consolidate these financial statements is Reuben Foundation, a charitable company registered in England and Wales at 4th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London SW1P 4QP.
