The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made an unsecured advance to the directors amounting to £19,639. The loan is interest free and has no fixed repayment date. The directors made a repayment of £1,134 during the year, with £18,505 remaining outstanding at the year end (2023 - £15,866), which is included in current assets. No amounts were written off or waived during the year.
