These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime of the Companies Act 2006.

The company has net liabilities. The company's major creditors are companies under common control and it is dependent upon their continued financial support to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors are satisfied that the financial support will not be withdrawn for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
