| During the year the company made loans totalling £209,559 to Mrs C Champion the director of the company. The loans are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on the loan at a rate of 2.25% per annum. The interest charge for the year is £1,993. At 31 December 2024 the company was owed £211,012 by Mrs C Champion. The loan was repaid in full on 22 September 2025. |

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
