The company became a Community Interest Company in July 2024. Prior to this, and continuing since, the company’s activities have been carried out with the purpose of providing community benefit. Our operations support individuals within our supply chain, including farmers and women engaged in the production of our products. In South India, we have delivered training to women in order to develop skills in stitching products to a high standard. This training has provided access to stable income, enabling them to support their families. Over the past ten years, a number of these women have progressed to establish their own enterprises, thereby creating further opportunities for others within their communities. The company also directs a portion of its sales to support a selected UK charitable partner. Further partners have been added to the portfolio in 2025. These partners deliver services that benefit women and children, support access to education, and contribute to environmental improvement. In 2023, we began funding an employment training programme for refugee women in Camden, London, and supporting preventative research into breast cancer. We continued to provide support to these initiatives during 2024.
