The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
| The directors note that the balance sheet is overdrawn and could lead to going concern issues. The directors have loaned the company money to renovate and will not call in these loans until the company is able to repay. Therefore the directors believe there are no issues for trading in the future. |
