2. Average Number of Employees

Average number of employees, including directors, during the year was: NIL (2023: NIL)

3. Residential Management Trust

All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions are shown in seperate service charge accounts for the property. All service charge monies received from residents of the property are held in trust for the residents. As at the balance sheet date monies held in trust for future maintenance of the property amount to £44,243 (2023 - £36,913)

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
