Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Turnover represents contributions from dwellingholders at Park Farm. |

Tangible fixed assets |
|
The company was the legal owner of common parts shared by residents at Park Farm, Tudeley. The company's title os subject to permanent restrictive covenants under which it cannot be soldand is therefore carried at nil value. |
