1. Statutory Information
JDUK INVESTMENTS LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 08126121.
2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when goods have been delivered to customers such that risks and rewards of ownership have been transferred to them. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

8. Post Balance Sheet Events
On 7th March 2025 Eurocell Group Limited acquired 100% of the share capital of the company.From 7th March 2025 the ultimate parent company became Eurocell Plc.
9. Additional Notes
Transactions with related partiesAt 31 December 2024 the company was owed £500,270 (31 July 2024: £500,270) by UK Doors (Midlands) Ltd. During the period UK Doors (Midlands) Ltd was controlled by Mr Hudson and Mr Nurse, directors of JDUK Investments Ltd.At 31 December 2024 the company was owed £315,855 (31 July 2024: £315,855) by Alunet Systems Ltd. During the period Alunet Systems Ltd was controlled by Mr Hudson and Mr Nurse, directors of JDUK Investments Ltd.
