  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    The Company has entered into agreements with a number of suppliers who are willing to provide services on the understanding that payment is contingent upon the Company having sufficient funds to do so in the future. The timing of the payment is at the discretion of the Directors who will, in the first instance, take into account all financial obligations of the Company at the time and the need to retain sufficient funds to ensure future financial requirements of the Company can be met. In certain instances suppliers have agreed to accept equity. At 31 December 2024 the total contingent liability was £591,361 (2023: £591,361) of which £232,585 (2023: £2332,585) was in respect of equity agreements.
