Investments represent the cost of acquiring of the ordinary share capital of Prokon LLC (5%), Global Energy Solutions LLC (10%), Absheron Qazma LLC (25%) and Nobel Energy Management LLC (10%), (the "Entities"), all of which are incorporated and operated in the Republic of Azerbaijan. On incorporation 1 ordinary share of $1 was issued in the Company to the shareholder of the Entities in exchange for his respective shareholdings in Prokon LLC, Global Energy Solutions LLC and Absheron Qazma LLC. Subsequent to the incorporation, the Company made additional contributions in the share capital of Global Energy Solutions LLC in the amount of $446,789 (£343,204) and Nobel Energy Management LLC in the amount of $150,000 (£111,301). In 2024, the Company invested in three new companies through share capital payments. It holds a 5% interest in Enerso LLC with a contribution of AZN 5 (£2), a 10% interest in Enerso Jabrayil LLC with AZN 10,000 (£4,503) and contributed AZN 5 (£2) to Prokon Nakhchivan LLC.
