These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Included within creditors is an overdrawn director's loan account owed by the director, Mr Carl Willcock. At 31 December 2024 the overdrawn balance was £15,879 (it was £8,587 at 31 December 2023). The overdrawn loan balance was repaid in full at the end of August 2025.
