| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets. |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis on the assumption that the company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, despite it having net current liabilities. |
| The directors consider the going concern basis to be appropriate as, in their opinion, the company will be able to pay its debts as they fall due. The directors have agreed to not withdraw their loan accounts until the company has net current assets. |
