The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2024

Principal Activities

The company is owned and controlled by William and Gillian Fryers, . The company was established to provide specialist Engineering support and training for major capital goods.

Political and charitable donations

None

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

William Fryers suffered a stroke in 2020 and then an accident that caused a complete rupture of the spinal cord in 2021 (at the age of 65). Since then, the health issues and continuous pain along with age, have made doing consultancy work difficult. The company has remained open because it is still needing to supply support and advice on previous projects. This is mostly provided without charge but not always so. Most of the business undertaken was with overseas companies, mostly in the USA and India.

Additional information

It is intended to ‘run the company down’ as projects complete and then to close it. A dividend will be declared each year to pay to the owners their share of the retained profit.
