Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Transactions with directors During the year the company provided Mr David Storey with an interest free loan of £36,671 (£28,744 - 2023) of which £4942 (£3735 - 2023) was repaid, with the balance of loans being £124,520 (£92,791 - 2023) outstanding at the year end, which is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets. During the year the company provided Mr Julian Sciascia with additional interest free loan of £10,178 (£673 - 2023) of which £436 (£1,447 - 2023) was repaid, with the balance of loans being £32,978, (£23,236 - 2023) outstanding at the year end, which is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets.
Capital Commitments
Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £18,572 (2023 - £25,761). The commitment is secured against assets included in the balance sheet with a net book value of £20,037 (2023- £26,717).
