We were able to participate and contribute to the following community events. Community Event at Cissbury library, St Ann’s road, N15. Attended 3 times in 2019. April, May, August. Black History Studies cultural event at Hornsey library, N8. Attended once in June 2019 Health and beauty event Clarendon Road N8 . Attended June 2019 The Local Community Health and Wellbeing event at the Redmond centre N.16. Attended once in May 2019 The Eden Jar Health Fair at the Redmond centre N.16. Attended once in August 2019 Sheba Monserrat’s Comedy Show at Chestnuts Community Centre, N15. Attended 4 to 5 times in 2019. June, October, November, December 2 times. A J Cultural Market at Chestnuts Community Centre, N15 Attended 3 to 4 times in 2019. June, September, November, and December. Community Christmas Fair at Ghosia Grove road hall, E17. Attended in November 2019 We informed the community of the benefits of plant-based body care. We also emphasised the benefits of transdermal magnesium therapy. We explained the impact on the mental and physical wellbeing of those with low intracellular magnesium, linking common ailments to possible low magnesium. We donated magnesium sprays for the Sekhem Arts Magnesium Massage Therapy sessions at the Eden Jar, Black Brits Xmas Fayre, and Cissbury road Library events.
