1	General information

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity, and rounded to the nearest £1.

Going concern

The company had a deficiency of current assets over current liabilities of £42,133 (2023: £7,160) at the balance sheet date.
The directors have made assurances that they will provide sufficient finance as may prove necessary to meet the company's working capital requirements for the foreseeable future.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 2 (2023 - 3).

3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts not provided for in the balance sheet

The total amount of financial commitments not included in the balance sheet is £64,000 (2023 - £14,000). This includes annual rental and leasing commitments of £14,000 (2023 - £14,000).

For the financial year ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
