| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. |
| The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional currency of the company and is rounded to the nearest £1. |
