Included within the fixed assets of the company are various investment shown at cost. At present none of these investments are traded on an open market and so the valuation is based upon the "the last buy-in valuation", assuming willing buyers and willing sellers.

This included shares in a UK based company called Neurometry Limited. At the balance sheet date the investment in this company was valued at £161,428 (2023: £161,428).

The company during the year has acquired a stake in 13752551 Canada Inc. valued at last buy in valuation $600,000.

The company during the year has acquired a stake in 14474619 Canada Inc. valued at last buy in valuation $600,000.

The sterling equivalent values of these holdings, based upon the last buy-in valuation is £1,993,620 (2023: £1,963,001).

Aquarrii Capital Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 1386 London Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex, England, SS9 2UJ.

For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
