In the previous period the company changed its account period end to 30 September and the accounts covered a period of more than 12 months. As a result, the comparative amounts presented in the financial statements (including the related notes) are not entirely comparable.

At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.

The validity of this assumption depends on the continuing support of the directors, shareholders and creditors.

If the company were unable to continue in existence for the foreseeable future, adjustments would be necessary to reduce the balance sheet values of assets to their recoverable amounts, to reclassify fixed assets as current assets and to provide for further liabilities which might arise.
