The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements. The directors confirm that, in fulfilling this responsibility, they have relied on a third-party service organisation engaged to prepare the company’s accounts, NM Five Group Limited. The directors have satisfied themselves, as far as they are able, as to the competence and adequacy of the controls in place at the service organisation and acknowledge their overall responsibility for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 28 September 2025.
