The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 November 2024

Principal activities of the company

Principle activities of the company over the course of this financial period included Winter gathering 2nd Dec 2023 The purpose was to share knowledge about what everyone’s been working on, exchange dreams and make a collective plan for the coming seasons ahead. 18 core members came together in person and online to create working groups looking at organisational development, care practices, decision making, project support, comms and finances. At this point there were 24 paid members and 11 unpaid of the ab patreon network. We continued our quarterly organisational development meetings for example: Spring gathering 17th March 2024 25 practicioners came together to reconnect after the winter hibernation, nourish ourselves with updates, good news and knowledge about what everyone’s been working on, to think about care and decision making, exchange dreams and come together in collective vision for the months ahead. Public breakfasts continued across spring 2024 including a projects and skills focused breakfast in a community centre and one in burgess park. 7-12 members came along to each. The general pattern of the invitations was to share food and knowledge. For example: "Share any projects you've been working on, or would like to get off the ground Tell us about skills you have that you could teach others Tell us about skills you'd like to learn or just join to listen and hang out." The network fostered relationships towards transformational community projects and peer-to-peer exchange on associated practices.

Additional information

All monies owned sit in the business PayPal account and derive solely from membership fees. - No auditors report included as we do not qualify. The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
