Aeronauts is based in Hartlepool and is affiliated with British Gymnastics, NETTC, NEGA and is part of a network of a dozen North East based Trampoline Clubs. Aeronauts does compete regionally and nationally but our main competitions lie within the North East. The activities provide benefit to children and adults of all ages and abilities (including members with Autism, Asperges, Dyspraxia, Downs Syndrome, Visual and Hearing impairments and others) to assist growth in confidence through structured training routines, strength and conditioning, competitions, trainee judging courses developing peer assessment through team leaders and junior coaches, encouraging support and mentoring. We also actively promote an incremental leadership development. Aeronauts contributes to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of over a hundred students and their families within the community.
Aeronauts encourages volunteer welfare officers amongst the parents and other and has regular meetings with stakeholders and parents.
Directors remuneration for the year amounted to £12,850.
