On 24 June 2024, Boat Rentals Ltd entered into a consultancy agreement with PwC Advisory Services to conduct market research supporting the growth of its digital business unit. A success fee of USD 20,000 (GBP 14,566) will become payable only if the company secures a cash investment of no less than $1 million USD.

5. Post Balance Sheet Events

Boat Rentals Ltd is raising new capital from investors and as part of this the Advance Subcription Agreements worth £1,049,450 have been converted to 3,133,898 ordinary shares. Additonally, the founder and director (Mr Alp Ocal) was granted an option over 440,589 ordinary shares in recognition of foregone salary during the company's early-stage development.

Bertan Aner resigned as a Director on 8th May 2025 and paid off the outstanding loan

£4,500 has been paid to Mr Ocal's wife for marketing consultancy services
As part of ASA conversion (see Post Balance Event) the Director (Mr Alp Ocal) was granted an option over 440,589 ordinary shares in recognition of foregone salary during the company's early-stage development.

6. Previous Year's Account

In previous year's (i.e. June'24) accounts there was an overstatement of GBP 99k in Current Assets and Share Capital.

For the year ending 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
