Report to the members of AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP on the preparation of the unaudited statutory financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024

In accordance with the engagement letter dated 29 September 2025, and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006 as applied to limited liability partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008, we have compiled the financial statements of the LLP from the accounting records and information and explanations you have given to us.

This report is made solely to the members of AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 29 September 2025. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other thanAYUS DESIGN LLP LLP and its members as a body for our work or for this report.

It is your duty to ensure that AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP. You consider that AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.

We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the financial statements of AYUS DESIGN LLP LLP. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the LLP was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) relating to small LLPs.

The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime.The LLP has opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the LLP's Profit and Loss Account under section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006.


The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs).

Accounting policies

Significant accounting policies
Statement of compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 – The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of land and buildings and certain financial instruments measured at fair value in accordance with the accounting policies.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company.
Turnover
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.
Website cost
Planning and operating costs for the company's website are charged to the profit and loss account as incurred.
