1. General Information
203 Addiscombe Road Residents Management Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 03479591 . The registered office is The Base, Dartford Business Park, Victoria Road, Kent, DA1 5FS.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover represents maintenance charges receivable in respect of communal expenditure in the ordinary course of business.  Value added tax is not charged thereon.
2.3. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Depreciation is not charged on the freehold property as, in the opinion of the directors, the realisable value is higher than the book value and the residual value of the property will be at least equal to the book value.
