2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year the company lent funds to the director, secretary and employee.
As at the year end 31st December 2024 the director - A Fidler owed the company £8,812.38 (2023: £9.05).
The loans were interest free with repayment date within 9 months of year end.
The loans are included in the statement of financial position within current assets.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The company ceased trading on the 31st December 2024, therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern which includes, where appropriate, writing down the company's assets to net realisable value.
Provision has also been made for corporation tax due for year ended 31st December 2024 and any contractual commitments that were onerous at the statement of financial position date.
The financial statements do not include any provision for any future taxes and the costs of terminating the business of the company except to the extent that such costs were committed at the statement of financial position date.
4 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 3 (2023: 4).

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
