For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    During the year, the director made a loan of £2892 to the company which was interest free and repayable on demand, as at the 31 December 2024 the company owed £171390(2023 - £168498) to Mr A Smith.
    Mrs C Smith, the wife of the director, made a loan of £2154 to the company which was also interest free and repayable on demand, as at the 31 December 2024 the company owed £39174(2023 - £37020) to Mrs C Smith.
