During the year the company entered into the following transactions with related parties: The director of G.M Services (UK) Limited is also a director of Morton Properties (Cumbria) Limited and Kells Development Group Limited. At the end of the year G.M. Services (UK) Limited were owed £207,838 (2024 - £212,038) from Morton Properties (Cumbria) Limited and £87 (2024 - £28,587) from Kells Development Group Limited. The loans are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
