Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 3 (2023: 2 ).

2. Accounting basis and standards

The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with FRS105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-Entities Regime.

3. Going concern

At the time of approving the financial statements, the director considers there to be a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate cash resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future now that the company is receiving regular rental income from its HMO properties that it operates in the current year.

The director has confirmed his continuing financial support to the company for the foreseeable future to enable it to meet any financial obligations of the business as they fall due.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
