1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents service charges, ground rent and sundry income receivable from the lessees.

Tangible fixed assets
No depreciation is provided in respect of freehold land and building since, in the opinion of the directors, the net realisable value of the freehold interest is greater than its cost.

Taxation
Analysis of the tax charge
No liability to UK corporation tax arose on the ordinary activities for the year ended 30 September 2022 nor for the year ended 30 September 2021.
