Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Professional Data Management Services Limited is the company's parent. PDMS Ventures Limited and Signed Up Isle of Man Limited were part of the same Group controlled by Professional Data Management Services Limited but they were dissolved in October 2024 and September 2024 respectively. The ultimate controlling company is Constellation Software Inc. The company has taken advantage of the exemption to provide particulars of transactions between the members of the Group, as referenced in FRS102 (paragraph 1AC.35).
