The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
As at 31 December 2024, the directors owed the company £12,052 (2023: £15,906). Interest has been charged at a rate of 2.25%. This is repayable on demand.
Additional Disclosures
As at the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future with the continued support of the director. Thus, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
