2	Accounting policies

2.1	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

2.2	The parent charitable company has decided that this dormant company should be wound up. There are no known liabilities other than the cost of winding up the company which will be met by the director.


3	Controlling party

	The parent charitable company, Leatherhead Revival Trust, has its registered office at The Theatre, 7 Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8DN.
