| 2. | BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
| The directors have determined that the company acts as agent and has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts of Westminster Palace Gardens in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from those transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts for the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the tenants are held in a statutory trust under section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act of 1987, so are consequently not shown as an asset of the company in these financial statements. |
