The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the start of the year the company owed the director £468. During the year £25,498 was loaned to the director and £20,843 was repaid leaving a balance due to the company of £4,187 at the year-end. Also during the year £25,696 was loaned to one of the shareholders and £14,092 was repaid leaving a balance due to the company of £11,604 at the year-end. These amounts are repayable on demand and interest has been charged at HMRC's official rate.
Off Balance Sheet Arrangements
The company had outstanding commitments for future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases as at the reporting date totalling £3,501 (2023 - £7,002).
