| During the year, Corriculo Ltd issued £3,619 loan to Totus RPO Ltd. At 31st December 2024, Totus RPO Ltd owed |
| Corriculo Ltd £17,119 which is included within Other Debtors. No interest has been charged on this balance and the |
| loan is repayable on demand as there is no fixed repayment terms. Corriculo Ltd is owned by Jonathan Campion and |
| Graham Bruce, who are both directors of Totus RPO Ltd and control Corriculo Group Ltd, Corriculo Ltd and Totus |
