| Included within fixed assets is the value of freehold land recognised at cost as per paragraph 12.8 of FRS 105. The property has been professionally valued by Bidwells, Chartered Surveyors on 5 March 2025 and the freehold interest in the eight affordable units at Rogers Road, Swaffham Prior, Cambridge, which is subject to a 127 year lease to Hundred Houses Society Ltd and a planning restriction that the homes remain affordable houses, was reported as £8,000 (eight thousand pounds). |
